Catherine Gaudry is an international team leader with a knack for finding creative solutions to complex problems. With over 12 years of experience in marketing, communications and operations management for international clients such as MINI, BMW, Richemont, eBay and Bayer, she mixes a keen sense for business strategy with a love of people and technology.
As a lecturer, speaker and trainer, Catherine endorse diversity, servant leadership and ongoing learning as cornerstones for personal and organizational development. She is passionate about creating environments where innovation can thrive and encouraging individuals to constantly question themselves and the status quo.
Originally from Montreal, she is now based in Berlin and Hamburg where she works for the Scholz & Friends Family as Managing Director and Head of Talent as well as being a member of the Partner Board. In this role, she plays a central part in driving organizational strategy, especially in the fields of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, People & Culture and internationalization.
